Group Photos!

For once in my life, I am not going to ruin pictures by adding captions.  These pretty much speak for themselves:

Nobody Messes With The Do

It was a general consensus that nobody was happy the last time I cut Will's hair...and eventually shaved it all off.  So this time around we had to take Will to get his hair professionally done :

There was a lot of anxiety because when I cut his hair last time he was kicking and screaming.  This time around though, there was enough distractions that he was really well behaved:
As long as there was a TV on, it didn't matter who was touching this hair:
 The end result:
 So little hair for $20!

In the end the do looked good, but this next picture just proves that it takes more than nice hair to make a good picture:
Here's a flashback to just days before:
 Can't do that anymore!

Pre and Post Christmas Dland Trips

This is what happens when you get season passes...

Christmas at Dland is always fun if you're into that whole holiday decorations thing:
Thank God for sister-in-laws, otherwise I'd have to take Will and Cherise:
And helper Joel:

And what Christmas celebration would it be without a...pirate?
Are pirates more intimidating with a pacifier?

In he interest of making less posts about Dland, I've consolidated the multiples trips into one post.  Here is Kai's first visit to the magical kingdom.  We got to take out Grandma and Grandpa's present:

I swore I wouldn't be one of those double stroller parents taking up a crap load of room at the park...but oh well.
Konrad helped take care of Will by giving him a head start on driving:
 Cherise employed some helpers:
And spent some quality time with the oldest:
Later on, I will Photoshop my head over Konrad's head to make this a nice family picture:
Christian eventually came and watched some cartoons with Will:
Unlike our first time around, Cherise is using the baby carrier with Kai...and pushed the stroller at the same time to show off her multi tasking skillz:
Despite the cool stroller, it still took an army to get around with 2 kids:

But we still found time for some father son posing:

Pooh And The Abusive Parents

Catchy title?  Or at least so crazy that it makes you wonder.

Staying true to form, we like to make our little lumps of inactivity interesting to us so we get something out of this whole thing (besides sleepless nights).  Plus we like putting Kai next to things so you can see how small he is.

At first he was asleep and did not even notice:
Then he wakes up and didn't even care:
Kai then notices something touching him and turns to see:
He's seems happy to find out that it's Pooh keeping him company:
But then he realizes how freakin' big it is and is a bit scared at how unnatural it is:

Then we decided to try out some unconventional props.  Here's Kai with Dad's Christmas present from grandpa and grandma:
 At first he seemed hesitantL
Then he leaned back and chilled:
After simmering him, he got to have his first bath.  Notice I did cover the unmentionables to keep this PG:
And this is the last mean deed for the day:

Strike A Pose...The Sequel

When you join this family we tolerate you waking us up at all hours, we'll clean up your poop and the whole nine yards.  Just know that there's always a price to pay.  In our case, we make you pose a lot for our entertainment.  Here's Kai:

Does that look familiar?  Here's that same pose with Will...though Will was probably older since he wasn't swaddled up:
Here's Kai again:
And yes, he did barrow that beanie from Will, see below:
Kai:
 Will:
It's nice to see little brother follow big brother's foot steps, as he looks after him:
But there will always be some things that they do on their own:

This one looks like Kai is about to do the Karate Kid Crane kick:
